All Washington, DC licensees are required to complete 15 hours continuing education in order to renew their real estate license:

2009–2011 Licensing Cycle:
• 3.0 Fair Housing
• 3.0 Financing Issues / Update
• 3.0 DC Legislative Update
• 6.0 General Electives

Note: A DC processing fee of $20 is required for each elective course. This fee includes electronic processing of credits to DC, and a DC certificate will be mailed to you.
