| About Us... The Real Estate Institute was established in 1992 to provide licensees high quality continuing education and professional development class. Our courses are entertaining, informative and content rich. We will not waste your time. We understand that real estate encompasses a wide variety of specialties. Besides residential, resale and brokerage we offer a wide range of course topics. Michael and Bobbi Crosby are the principals of REI. Bobbi’s responsibilities encompass administrative duties, class schedules and locations and instructor relationships. Michael is responsible for curriculum development and teaching. Both Michael and Bobbi have been licensed in Maryland for thirty years. Michael is a broker in both Maryland and Delaware. He is a member of NAR, NAHB, ULI, 50+ Council of NAHB and a former member of REEA and ARELLO. He has been a presenter at the national conferences of both NAR and NAHB. He is a presenter and an instructor for local associations too numerous to mention and he is a certified instructor for NAHB. His recent experiences include: building energy star certified homes targeted to “active adults” and alternative energy. We have three grown adult children located in Dallas, San Francisco and Baltimore. Furry children living at home include two Westies, Rose Katherine and Reg, and Luna our black kitty. |
