TUITION
Choose 1.5 hours or more. Each course $45 unless otherwise noted. Pre-register at least 48 business hours (by MasterCard or VISA only) or 10 days (by check) prior to seminar date. Checks are not accepted at the door on the day of the seminar. Class space is limited, please pre-register. We reserve the right to cancel any classes due to lack of pre-registration.
Refunds, less a $15.00 administrative fee, can be made by a request in writing 7 days prior to the seminar date. You can reschedule a class one time only at no charge after filling out a rescheduling form. Thereafter, a $15 rescheduling fee will be charged.
Washington DC or VA certificates (good for elective credit) are available for an additional $20 per class. Processing forms are available the day of class.

NEW Maryland Requirement: If your license expires on or after 10/2/08, the Maryland Real Estate Commission will require all active Maryland licensees to complete 15 continuing education credit hours. The 15 hours must include: 3.0 legislative, 1.5 fair housing, 3.0 hr ethics and 7.5 electives. |
